Keno Schemes That Work

It will not usually be deemed the best game in the universe of wagering, but keno has millions and millions of keen admirers. And it should! It’s a routinely thrilling lottery-type game that’s a snap to learn, abundantly available in tons of alternate formats, and one that can return millions for players who learn its heaps of subtle intricacies. But let’s deal with the beginner’s rules for now.
When describing keno to novices, some betting connoisseurs compare it to bingo. This is at least to some extent correct, in that both games are basically numerical. Yet to carry that comparison too far might be to minimize the great many unique characteristics that make keno so exciting. Unlike bingo, keno enthusiasts have the freedom to select the numbers for every card.
Keno cards have a grand total of 80 numbers, but the user is given an increased level of personal responsibility by being able to pick as many (or as few) numbers as she feels they need. And it doesn’t take a nuclear physicist to figure out how to fill out a card: all you do is circle or otherwise mark each of your selected numbers with a standardpen like you had back in school.
After you’ve selected your numbers, carry the game card back to the nice person at the keno booth. The clerk will record your numbers and then give you a receipt. Do not misplace this (potentially) expensive piece of paper! Even if the keno pit manager remembers your mug and wants help out, without a winning receipt in hand, you will get exactly $.00 for your efforts.
Now there you have strategy #1: always make sure to keep your keno slip. Let’s move on to something a little bit more advanced, what do you think?
After you’ve checked off your numbers, get into a nice keno booth and see the action unfold on the big keno monitor. That’s where the winning numbers show up for us. If you have winners, mark your card accordingly. Be sure not to dilly dally, or sit there praising yourself for too great a length of time. You really want to get back to the keno stand to collect your winnings, as a new drawing will certainly get going within a few minutes.
Strategy #2: always be sure to get back to the keno stand on time!
Since you don’t trust yourself to meet that 5 minute deadline each time, you always have the option of purchasing a "multi-race" card. These include the same set of your picked numbers on anywhere from two to 20 tickets. When the max amount of games (matching the amount of tickets) is completed, you will then be able to get off your lazy rump and go redeem your winnings.
Another choice is referred to as a "stray and play" keno ticket, which usually lets you make number choices for 30 games or more. Golly, you can take vacation to Greece and not have to worry about getting back in time to redeem your winnings. Most "stray and play" slips are good for up to a whole year after it’s bought!
And now you are aware of several indispensable strategies for winning keno. If you are a discerning gambler, they may seem stupidly obvious. But it will never hurt to bone up on the basic tactics, and if you are a newbie keno player, every bit of advice will help make your keno betting more agreeable.
